  • Inspection feed. It is an important element in the case of home loans. A qualified professional third party contracted by the borrower does the Inspection.
  • Reserves. It is the interest fees or interest reserve, which has to be paid on the 1st of the month, and if it exceeds 15th of the month than a late fees is charged.
